To be fair, the only "man whore" paths so far that go against Quinn's route are Throuple, Jill and Lily. It could of course be that in the future other paths will fuck up Quinn's route as well (I can especially see issues with Riona incoming), but so far it's not that bad.

I was thinking of that as well, but the problem imo is, is that it's only blackmail against 1 other prep. That isn't enough to put him back into the president's seat.
