A few games I've experienced, when the game's story was close to the end, they started working on Steam for extra income, and they put the game on Steam, then added 1 or 2 events and then closed the game.

This is why I assume the worst case.

And he said he was preparing to hire staff to speed up game development and needed additional income to hire staff.
And he said he'd be uploading games to Steam for extra income and hiring staff to do so.

What he means is, he hires employees for hiring employees.

I can't trust him.

For fucks sake ..All we can do is keep calm and see what he does, if it goes horribly wrong.. that's his loss anyway

And how much is really % to do per day!? 5/10/15 With top-end equipment!? :unsure: // Or does it all depend on the complexity of the scenes and so on and so forth?

From what I noticed, progression always slow down when he's working on the most important part of a build/update. And as you said yourself, the complexity of the scenes, based on his artistic view, are always connected to the " juicy parts ". As soon as he wraps up his " hot scenes.... or not that hot for many of us ", development progress usually speeds up again.
